Windows
There are four windshields on the RV10. One in each door, two in the rear of the cabin
and one in the front. The windows are made of plexiglas. When they arrive from vans,
they have the rigt shape. The "only" thing we have to do is to cut the to fit the
holes in the cabin.
Once the windows fit on the cabin, the are glued into place with some special "veld on"
two part glue.

Once glued into place, there are a small crack all the way around the windows.
This crack is filled with epoxy and sanded smoth.

The front windshield is a little more work than the other windows.
The glue dosn't work on aluminium, and you need to do a nice transition between the
relatively flat aluminium and the windshield.
Epoxy and glas "layups" are very well suited for the job. Initially you build several
layers of glass to get the shape you want. And then you fill it with epoxy mixed with
cottonfibres. Layups.

Filling in.

To get a nice finish it will be filled in with regular autofiller.
