Tailcone
The tailcone blecoed together ready for priming.

24/2 The bottom took 2 hrs to rivet. It is actually my first time with a rivetgun, but with good teaching by
my father I only had to redo three of them.

25/2 The left side is done. Three hours of work.
25/2 The right side is glecoed, so I guess I just have to get started, but not today. Three hours of
rivetgunactivity a day is enough for me.

We have put the tailcone on our workbench in order to be able to work properly. This also minimizes the
risk of everything falling down.
2/3 We have started the process of attaching the emphenage to the tailcone. The horizontal stabiliser is
first to go.

2/3 The vertical companion is next. The nuts is a bit awkvard but do-able.

2/3 It's starting to look like something that is going to fly soon, well not soon but hopefully sometime
this year.

8/3 The tailcone is done, except from fairings. They have been fitted, but they require some epoxywork
before they are finished. We will wait until we have more stuff that requires epoxy and do it all at the
same time.
We have put the tailcone aside and taken the controlsurfaces off. We don't need it again before we have to
attach the rest of the fuselage.
In the picture you can clearly see that the RV10 is quite larger than the RV6. The horizontal stabilizer is
actually larger than the RV6 wing. Spanvise anyway.
